Description
The research provides a brand awareness measure, both nationally and regionally for over 45 key brands of framing systems, windows and rooflights. Respondents were asked to name the principal brands of framing systems, window and rooflights that they specify, without prompting. Respondents were then presented with a list of brands and asked how likely they would be to specify that brand. A Net Promoter Score (NPS) is presented for each of the top 3 performing brands for framing systems, windows and rooflights.
In addition, the report identifies the factors that influence product selection by the architect in terms of a set of performance factors. Influence by other members of the project decision making unit is also presented.
This research surveyed 150 architects who were actively designing non-residential construction projects, within 3 geographical areas: Greater London (the M25 area), 7 Major cities and the rest of the UK. Responses were gathered via telephone interview during November and December 2018.
