Module 10: Managing the Process

In this final module we suggest some of the processes to ensure an effective use of the sales and marketing resources to achieve effective specification sales.

This module consists of a learning video and an assessment.  The online assessment is taken on completion of the learning video.  You will be asked ten questions with a pass mark of 70%.  At the end of the assessment you will know whether you have passed.  If you do not pass do not worry you can take the test as many times as you need with no extra charge.
