Module 6: Becoming a Trusted Advisor

In this module we introduce some of the theory of relationships and how this can be used to engage with decision makers through the process of building Trust.

This module consists of a learning video and an assessment.  The online assessment is taken on completion of the learning video.  You will be asked ten questions with a pass mark of 70%.  At the end of the assessment you will know whether you have passed.  If you do not pass do not worry you can take the test as many times as you need with no extra charge.
